Nolan Geisler finally took a deep breath. In the bottom of the 7th inning of the NJSIAA North Jersey 2, Group 4 sectional final, Geisler fired a ball to load the count at full. Had he walked this batter, the junior right-hander would be taken out of the game due to pitch count. But this was Geisler's game to finish. On a blistering day with temperatures reachinig over 95 degrees, he stepped behind the mound and let out a huge sigh to loosen up, knowing he was one strike away from giving fifth-seeded Bayonne a trophy.
